What is a Holistic Health Counseling Program?

During your 6-month program we will meet in-person or have phone sessions two times
a month for six months (for a total of 12 counseling sessions), where we partner together step by step to reach your goals. During each of these one-hour sessions, I give recommendations that are easy to integrate into your life and will make positive changes. You also receive hand-outs and various give-aways including food samples, books, CDs and other self-care items.

At each session we check in to see how your recommendations are going and to make sure you are feeling supported. Your counseling program is especially tailored to meet your needs and reach your goals.

Many people don't realize how much better they will feel if they eat healthier foods and adopt different, more health-promoting lifestyle choices. While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

Conti Life Wellness offers a Six-Month Program that includes:
12 One-Hour Counseling Sessions
over 6 months
(2 per month)
In-person or phone sessions twice a month for six-months, for a total of 12 one-hour counseling sessions. Each session builds upon the last and is customized for your individual needs.

E-mail support is offered in between sessions.
Free Consultation Prior to the six-month program, we will have a one-hour session to discuss your Confidential Health History Form. This meeting gives me an idea of your concerns, answers any questions you may have and gives us both an idea if we would like to work together.
Setting
Goals
Before beginning Session 1, you will clearly define your goals for the program by completing the My Goals for Myself Form
and bringing it to the first session. You must first be aware of your present situation and define what you would like to accomplish. You can and may want to change or redefine these goals throughout the program.

Throughout the program you receive important handouts and give-aways (food samples, CDs, books, self-care items) to support your goals.
Food and Lifestyle Counseling We will work together to easily add healthier options into your diet. You will learn to identify and deal with your personal cravings, so that over time you can reduce and crowd out foods that don't support health and energy. To experience lasting change and increased health, the first thing we work on is secondary food, which is the food we consume into our bodies. Once healthy foods are integrated into your regular diet, we will begin to look at any primary foods issues that are out of balance and need change. Without changing the food you eat first, it is difficult to change or evolve your lifestyle choices.

What to look forward to during a 6-Month Program:

~ Make simple lifestyle changes
~ Take consistent actions toward increasing health
~ Make better food choices at work & on the road

Program Cost:
The cost for a Six-Month Program is $95.00 per month.

MY ROLE: I will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life. We will create a partnership where my goal is to help you find ways to integrate better foods and habits into your life to improve your health and the way you feel. As your Holistic Health Counselor, there is no judgment. My focus is on your health goals and on finding ways to help you achieve them. I am committed to your goals, outcomes, growth, learning, experimentation, discovery and evolution. I will offer new food options and new ideas to support you and help you make them a priority. I will empower you to learn about the incredible power of food ... how life, personal psyche and health are all affected by the food we eat.

YOUR ROLE: As someone who has taken the self-care and loving decision to nourish your own life-long health and happiness by committing to a holistic health counseling program, you must be dedicated and motivated to do the personal work to create a more happier and healthier you. To be a potential client, you must realize that healing comes from within yourself. You should feel ready and have the willingness to make changing and positive steps towards your own wellness. You know you body best therefore you must be willing to learn and listen to the messages of your unique bio-individuality in order to respond with healthy nutrition and lifestyle choices.


Conti Life Wellness will never tell a Client to stop taking medications, to stop seeing their doctors or to make radical life changes. The Client is in charge of their life and is ultimately responsible for the outcomes of their decisions. Holistic Health Counseling is not a substitute for treatment by a certified medical professional.
